Coaching and Counseling

Participants will learn how to facilitate their employees’ improvement, instead of merely disciplining them.  The course covers: Diagnosing performance or behavior issues in early stages; planning and conducting a corrective action discussion; and using the appropriate leadership style to coach employees. This course will provide the tools to assist you in effectively coaching and counseling your team.
